中国海外(00688.HK)7月合约物业销售额214.9亿人民币
中国海外发展(00688.HK)公布,於7月份的合约物业销售额约为214.9亿元人民币(下同),而相应的已售楼面面积约为122.02万平方米,分别按年降低23.7%及降低16.6%。
由2020年1月至7月,中国海外系列公司的累计合约物业销售额约为1,935.03亿元,相应的累计已售楼面面积约为1,076.33万平方米,分别按年增加0.1%及增加0.8%。
7月31日,已认购物业销售约138.89亿元,预期将於往後数月内转化为合约物业销售。
