渤海輪渡(603167.SH)：與煙台保税港區管理委員會簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 8 月 6日丨渤海輪渡(603167.SH)公佈，2020年8月6日，公司與煙台保税港區管理委員會簽署了《戰略合作協議》。
雙方將充分發揮區港航一體優勢，圍繞跨境電商、航運物流、智能化倉儲、供應鏈金融、系統支持等多個領域開展合作，積極探索保税展示交易+跨境電商組合。甲方在法律、政策允許的範圍內支持乙方建設集跨境電商線下體驗、線上銷售、倉儲分撥、金融服務等四大板塊於一體的跨境電商綜合服務平台，支持乙方推進跨境電商進出口業務開發和合作，為國內外進口商和貿易機構做大貿易規模、拓展貿易渠道提供全方位、一站式服務，打造聯動環渤海、服務全中國、輻射東北亞的日韓跨境商品分撥中心和山東跨境電商產業標誌性平台。
甲方在法律、政策允許的範圍內，充分發揮海關特殊監管區優勢，積極協調爭取保税展示、跨境電商產品區內線下自提、跨境產品國際採購、保税進口、直郵進口等政策，並加大與乙方合作共享的力度，協助乙方辦理相關電子商務平台經營資質，支持乙方在綜合保税區設立保税商品體驗中心及在每艘客滾船上開設展示店，為乙方及其關聯企業所經營的國際船舶提供通關保障，協調將已入駐綜合保税區的供應商、電商平台、物流企業與乙方線上業務對接。甲方為乙方提供辦公場所和倉庫，並按政策予以減免租金。對於營運中遇到的相關問題和困難，甲方承諾給予乙方一事一議政策。
乙方充分利用豐富的國內、國際航線資源優勢以及國際船舶免税店運營經驗與甲方深化合作，為綜合保税區其他跨境電商企業提供國際物流、產品集採、報關清關等方面專業服務。
乙方承諾於2020年12月31日前獨資經營或與外資供應商合資合作設立、或指定關聯出資方設立“煙台綜保區跨境電商有限責任公司”(以下簡稱項目公司，實際名稱以工商註冊為準)註冊資本不低於10000萬元人民幣，並設立保税商品體驗中心，經營進出口商品代理、航運、倉儲、展示、配送和電子商務平台運營。
此次戰略合作協議的簽署，符合公司的戰略發展需要，雙方將作為重要的戰略合作伙伴，在法律、法規允許的情況下，雙方本着互惠互利、相互支持、共謀發展的原則，經友好協商，就共建跨境電商供應鏈平台簽訂戰略合作協議，有利於公司的長遠發展。
