格隆匯 8 月 6日丨德藝文創(300640.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年8月5日召開了第三屆董事會第二十五次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍並修訂〈公司章程〉的議案》，將有關情況公告如下：
原《公司章程》內容，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：策劃、組織文化藝術交流活動；承辦文化產品展覽展示；電腦圖文設計、製作；工藝美術品、動漫衍生品、禮品、家庭用品、日用品等開發設計、生產(另設分支機構經營)和銷售；自營和代理各類商品和技術的進出口，但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外。(以上經營範圍涉及許可經營項目的，應在取得有關部門的許可後方可經營)；醫療器械銷售；化粧品及衞生用品批發；化粧品及衞生用品零售；其他未列明的化工產品銷售(不含危險化學品及易製毒化學品)；其他未列明批發業；其他未列明零售業。(具體以工商行政管理部門最終核准、登記結果為準)
修訂後的《公司章程》內容，第十三條經依法登記，公司的經營範圍：
一般項目：組織文化藝術交流活動；文藝創作；圖文設計製作；數字文化創意內容應用服務；會議及展覽服務；工業設計服務；專業設計服務；企業形象策劃；動漫遊戲開發；軟件開發；工藝美術品及禮儀用品製造(象牙及其製品除外)；工藝美術品及收藏品批發(象牙及其製品除外)；工藝美術品及收藏品零售(象牙及其製品除外)；日用陶瓷製品製造；禮品花卉銷售；日用品批發；日用品銷售；日用雜品銷售；日用百貨銷售；紡織、服裝及家庭用品批發；電子產品銷售；智能家庭消費設備銷售；玩具、動漫及遊藝用品銷售；文具用品批發；體育用品及器材批發；第二類醫療器械銷售；日用口罩(非醫用)銷售；勞動保護用品銷售；互聯網銷售(除銷售需要許可的商品)。(除依法須經批准的項目外，憑營業執照依法自主開展經營活動)
許可項目：貨物進出口；技術進出口；進出口代理；出版物出版；出版物批發；出版物零售。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動，具體經營項目以相關部門批准文件或許可證件為準)
