廈門象嶼(600057.SH):子公司擬開展融資租賃業務 融資額1.85億元
格隆匯 8 月 5日丨廈門象嶼(600057.SH)公佈,公司召開第八屆董事會第十二次會議,審議通過關於控股子公司開展融資租賃業務的議案。
同意公司控股子公司南通象嶼海洋裝備有限責任公司與中國外貿金融租賃有限公司通過“售後回租”的形式開展融資租賃,融資金額為1.85億元,融資期限5年,利率為浮動利率,首期租賃利率是4.33%/年,後期如遇每個自然年度3月20日LPR與合同當期租金適用LPR相對浮動超過50bp(0.50%),則租賃利率作出同方向、同幅度的調整。
