新创建(00659.HK)获海南设资产管理公司牌照
据《上海证券报》报道,新创建(00659.HK)获海南设资产管理公司牌照。报道指近日中国银保监会公布了海南省第二家地方资产管理公司名单,根据相关规定,海南省人民政府批准海南新创建资产管理参与海南省范围内不良资产批量转让工作,意味海南省迎来省内第二家地方资产管理公司,金融企业可以按照有关法律法规,向海南新创建资产管理批量转让不良资产。
由於主要控股股东在香港注册,海南新创建资产管理为国内首家港资控股的地方资产管理公司。亦是今年以来,地方资产管理公司首次扩容。
外电今年6月引述消息人士透露,新创建正发起设立海南省地方资产管理公司,惟公司当时表示不予置评。
