國機汽車(600335.SH):Finoba公司進入破產程序
格隆匯 8 月 5日丨國機汽車(600335.SH)公佈,公司全資子公司中國汽車工業工程有限公司(“中汽工程”)下屬全資子公司Finoba Automotive GmbH(“Finoba公司”)因疫情突發,引發流動性不足,依據德國破產法,觸發破產條件,德國卡塞爾法院於當地時間2020年5月18日指定了臨時破產管理人,對Finoba公司的資產進行臨時管理。
根據德國卡塞爾法院於8月3日發佈的破產公告,Finoba公司已於當地時間2020年8月1日進入破產程序。
