青建國際(01240.HK)預期中期純利下降約80%
格隆匯8月5日丨青建國際(01240.HK)發佈公告,公司預期截至2020年6月30日止6個月公司權益持有人應占綜合溢利將較2019年同期下降約80%左右。主要是新加坡於2020年4月7日至6月底期間實施抗疫封城措施而導致公司營業額下降,原因包括但不限於:集團於新加坡的建築工程及物業銷售活動被暫時停止及集團的私人公寓發展項目按建築進度將已收的預售款確認收入,所以本期確認的營業額受到影響。儘管上述情況,目前新加坡抗疫封城大部分措施已經開始放寬或取消,集團主要的商業運作已經回覆正常。
