大酒店(00045.HK)公布次季營運數據,期內香港半島酒店平均可出租客房收入為352元,按年跌89.31%,平均房租為2,804元,按年跌48.04%,出租率為13%,按年跌48個百分點。
期內其他亞洲地區平均可出租客房收入跌75.82%至516元,美國及歐洲則跌78.64%至975元;其他亞洲地區平均房租為2,456元,美國及歐洲則為4,930元。在出租率方面,其他亞洲地區為21%,而美國及歐洲則為20%,分別按年收窄50個百分點及57個百分點。
而在出租物業方面,期內住宅出租率收窄5個百分點至92%,而商場及辦公大樓出租率分別跌至82%及95%,當中住宅每平方呎每月平均收益跌至47元,商場則跌至136元,而辦公大樓則微升至66元。(el/k) ~
