格隆匯 8 月 4日丨景嘉微(300474.SZ)公佈，公司於近日收到控股股東、實際控制人喻麗麗和曾萬輝、董事及高級管理人員餘聖發、監事陳怒興、高級管理人員羅競成、廖凱出具的《減持計劃告知函》。
1、直接持有公司約1.01億股(佔公司總股本的33.51%)的公司控股股東、實際控制人喻麗麗，以及直接持有公司1642.4萬股(佔公司總股本的5.45%)的公司控股股東、實際控制人曾萬輝作為一致行動人，擬自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的六個月內(窗口期不減持)以集中競價或大宗交易等相關法律法規認可的合法方式共減持公司股份不超過900萬股(佔公司總股本比例2.9876%)，其中喻麗麗擬減持公司股份不超過718萬股(佔公司總股本比例2.3834%)，曾萬輝擬減持公司股份不超過182萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.6042%)。
2、持有公司254.42萬股(佔公司總股本的0.84%)的董事、高級副總裁餘聖發擬自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的六個月內(窗口期不減持)以集中競價或大宗交易等相關法律法規認可的合法方式共減持公司股份不超過63.605萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.2111%)。
3、持有公司278.9萬股(佔公司總股本的0.93%)的監事陳怒興擬自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的六個月內(窗口期不減持)以集中競價或大宗交易等相關法律法規認可的合法方式共減持公司股份不超過69.725萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.2315%)。
4、持有公司6萬股(佔公司總股本的0.02%)的財務總監羅競成擬自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的六個月內(窗口期不減持)以集中競價等相關法律法規認可的合法方式共減持公司股份不超過1.5萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.0050%)。
5、持有公司4.5萬股(佔公司總股本的0.01%)的董事會祕書廖凱擬自公告披露之日起15個交易日後的六個月內(窗口期不減持)以集中競價等相關法律法規認可的合法方式共減持公司股份不超過1.125萬股(佔公司總股本比例0.0037%)。
