光啟技術(002625.SZ)：銀星基地已於近期完成產能擴建 當前處於滿產狀態
格隆匯 8 月 4日丨光啟技術(002625.SZ)回覆深圳證券交易所關注函稱，在完成產能擴建之前，銀星基地的產能為4,000公斤/年。2019年，公司超材料尖端裝備批產類產品的銷量約3100公斤，批產產能利用率約為78%，剩餘產能均用於公司在研項目。銀星基地已於近期完成產能擴建，產能提升為8000公斤/年，當前處於滿產狀態。
公司銀星基地主要用於超材料尖端裝備產品的研製及批產；順德項目建成後主要用於超材料尖端裝備產品的大規模、批量化生產交付，其生產的產品類型與銀星基地相同。
2019年，公司超材料尖端裝備批產類產品的銷量約3100公斤，批產產能利用率約為78%，剩餘產能均用於公司在研項目。
2020年截至目前，公司已簽訂批產合同1.8億元。公司根據超材料尖端裝備的預期訂單以及產品開發進度對產品的交付量進行預估，進而得出未來3-5年生產交付能力的需求。隨着公司在研項目逐步轉入批產階段，以及客户對公司批產產品訂貨數量的追加，公司預計擴建後銀星基地的產能仍不能滿足未來生產交付的需求，因此需要加快推進順德項目的建設。順德項目一期建成後的產能為40000公斤/年，可以滿足公司未來3-5年的訂單需求。公司預計從2023年開始，順德基地一期逐步進入滿產能狀態，於2024年產能利用率達到100%。上述產能利用的預計存在一定不確定性，請廣大投資者理性投資，注意風險。
公司此前已獲得該重要客户成品產品合格供方資格，可以為該客户提供成品產品，在此次獲得該重要客户的外包合格供方資格後，公司還將為該客户提供復材結構件外包生產配套，擴大了銷售範圍，由成品部件擴大到全系統的全部零部件。上述外包合格供方資格是後續公司提供該類超材料尖端裝備產品大規模生產交付的前置條件，預計會增加公司交付產品的種類和數量，由此帶來的新增訂單收入預計超過2019年公司超材料業務營業收入的60%，對公司後續經營業績產生重大影響。上述業績影響存在一定不確定性，請廣大投資者理性投資，注意風險。
2020年1月至6月，公司已向光啟科學有限公司(“光啟科學”)銷售2700餘套智能頭盔硬件，關聯交易發生額已達4,998.70萬元，接近前期框架協議的5000萬元上限；同時，光啟科學反饋其近期與部分客户確認了採購意向，本年度擬新增額外超過2,000套智能頭盔硬件需求，今年下半年光啟科學的海內外銷售預計將繼續穩定增長。因此，前述申請的關聯交易額度上限預計將無法滿足下半年光啟科學的採購需求，公司於2020年7月13日召開第四屆董事會第一次會議、第四屆監事會第一次會議，審議通過了《關於修訂採購框架協議暨增加日常關聯交易額度的議案》，並及時進行了公告。
智能頭盔為公司潛心開發的一款新型產品，集超材料、通信、傳感、增強現實等技術於一體，實現基於移動部署的智能裝備。該產品目前市場上暫無類似的量產產品，因此其定價按照成本加合理利潤，並參考公司超材料產品的毛利水平進行制定。
