粵電力Ａ(000539.SZ)：調整天然氣機組上網電價 預計8-12月歸母淨利減少3875萬元
格隆匯 8 月 4日丨粵電力Ａ(000539.SZ)公告，近日收悉廣東省發展改革委《關於調整我省天然氣發電上網電價的通知》(粵發改價格〔2020〕284號)(以下簡稱“通知”)，為促進天然氣發電產業健康發展,適當降低全社會用電成本,廣東省發展改革委決定進一步調整我省天然氣發電上網電價,主要內容如下：
1、我省使用澳大利亞進口合約天然氣的LNG電廠的上網電價統一每千瓦時降低0.049元(含税,下同)；
2、除第一點的機組外,全省其他天然氣發電機組分為三種類型,分別為9F型及以上機組(指單機容量等於或大於9F型燃機的機組)、9E型機組、6F及以下機組(指單機容量等於或小於6F型燃機的機組)。各類型機組在限定的年利用小時數內,執行規定的上網電價;超過部分的上網電價統一為每千瓦時0.463元;
3、進入電力市場的天然氣發電機組,其年利用小時數根據電量和裝機容量確定,即:年利用小時數=機組執行或參照執行政府定價的電量÷裝機容量。當年新投產機組按投產時間折算確定當年執行不同價格的年利用小時數額度。2020年電力市場相關機組年度合同電量的上網電價今年內暫不調整;今年現貨結算試運行期間,以機組實際上網電量計算年利用小時數使用額度；
4、上述規定從2020年8月1日起執行。今後新投產的天然氣發電機組也按此規定執行,其他事項仍執行廣東省發展改革委《關於改進我省燃煤機組等發電項目上網電價管理方式有關問題的通知》(粵發改價格〔2018〕309號)的相關規定。
根據通知，我公司控股電廠的以下天然氣機組上網電價進行相應調整，調整後的上網電價執行情況如下：
據公司初步測算，本次天然氣電價調整預計影響2020年度8-12月收入減少6,161萬元，淨利潤減少4,621萬元，歸母淨利潤減少3,875萬元。本次電價調整對公司的影響，僅為初步預測，提請投資者注意投資風險。
