瀛海集團(08668.HK)預計中期由盈轉虧1100萬至1300萬港元
格隆匯8月4日丨瀛海集團(08668.HK)發佈公告,公司預期2020年上半年公司擁有人應占虧損乎約1100萬港元至約1300萬港元之間,上年同期取得溢利。有關預期虧損乃主要歸因於銷售及分銷酒店客房以及提供汽車租賃服務產生的收益大幅減少,主要由於在2020年上半年爆發新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)的影響以及澳門政府對旅客實施旅遊限制及澳門賭場的顧客數量減少;及行政開支增加,主要由於確認使用權資產及貿易應收款項的減值虧損,以及其股份在聯交所GEM上市後僱員福利開支、折舊開支及專業費用增加所致。
