美的置业(03990.HK)订港元及美元双币定期贷款融资协议
美的置业(03990.HK)公布,於昨日(3日),公司间接全资附属美的建业与若干金融机构及银行等,就以港元及美元计值初步金额分别达10.5亿港元及6,000万美元的双币可转让定期贷款融资订立融资协议,有关金额其後可增至高达11.7亿港元或其等值美元(不包括初步金额)。
贷款的最後还款日期将为首次动用日期後满36个月当日。贷款目的主要为财务债务再融资以及满足本公司及其附属公司的一般营运资金需求。
