格隆匯 8 月 3日丨環球數碼創意(08271.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2020年6月30日止六個月與2019同期錄得346.4萬港元的淨虧損比較,將會錄得不少於800萬港元的淨溢利。
該預期淨虧損轉為淨溢利乃主要由於截至2020年6月30日止六個月已終止經營業務錄得溢利,該溢利是因為就該份日期為2020年4月30日由中國廣州市海珠區人民法院作出的《民事判決書》,而對珠影文化產業園停車場的場地和物業使用費及利息損失相關的應付租金及結算款計提撥備作出回撥所產生。
