鼎漢技術(300011.SZ)：與廣州地鐵合作開發的“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”產品順利通過評審
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨鼎漢技術(300011.SZ)公佈，公司與廣州地鐵簽署《框架協議》後，積極組織“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”項目的內部立項、設計聯絡、樣機生產及型式試驗、裝車前評審、產品裝車調試與相關整車型式試驗工作。
2020年4月，在廣州地鐵及相關單位的協助下，公司完成“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”空載運營試驗。
近日，公司與廣州地鐵合作開發的“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”參加了由中國城市軌道交通協會技術裝備專業委員會組織的“地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源載客前專家評審會”。評審專家組經質詢和充分討論，形成評審意見如下：“1、項目單位提供的評審資料詳實齊全，滿足評審要求。2、項目單位研製的中/高頻變流輔助電源裝車通過了整車試驗，進行了5000km空載運行，各項指標滿足要求，並制定了載客保障方案，具備載客運營條件。專家組一致同意該項目通過載客前評審”。
下一步，在廣州地鐵及相關單位的協助下，公司將對該產品進行“5萬公里載客運營”，在載客運營階段進一步加強數據收集與分析研究，為產品優化完善提供依據。
“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”產品技術源於鼎漢技術全資子公司Dinghan SMART Railway Technology GmbH，其產品在輕量化、小型化、標準化、高效率、低噪聲等方面全球領先。與傳統工頻輔助電源相比，“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”功率重量從120W/kg提升到240W/kg，減重約50%；功率密度從100W/L提升到160W/L，體積減少30%；工效由90%提升至94%，提升4個百分點，節能效果顯著。
此次“220KVA+30KW地鐵列車中/高頻變流輔助電源”產品順利通過項目評審會的評審，標誌着公司與廣州地鐵的戰略合作取得階段性進展。在《框架協議》下，公司與廣州地鐵發揮各自優勢，開發面向國內更大功率容量的城市軌道交通市場的中頻/高頻變流輔助電源系統，並基於廣州地鐵運營車輛開展裝車示範，共同推進該項目產業化發展。該合作有利於公司輕量化電源技術在國內商用推廣的提速，推動國內軌道交通車輛減重、節能技術升級。
