樂歌股份(300729.SZ)子公司投資設立的子公司新增購買了兩個倉庫
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨樂歌股份(300729.SZ)公佈，公司分別於2019年1月7日及2019年1月24日召開了第三屆董事會第二十三次會議、2019年第一次臨時股東大會，審議通過了《關於向全資子公司增加投資的議案》，經與會董事審議並經股東大會決議通過，同意公司向全資子公司美國LoctekInc.增加投資4100萬美元，用於在美國購買或租賃倉庫，促使公司的獨立站和線下業務穩步發展，保證公司的海外自主品牌銷售有更大的發展空間。
2020年6月16日，公司召開了第四屆董事會第十四次會議，審議通過了《關於變更向全資子公司增加投資的議案》。因公司未來經營規劃需要，公司將向全資子公司美國LoctekInc.增加投資4100萬美元變更為向全資子公司LecangsLLC增加投資4100萬美元。公司將根據實際需要及選址進展，逐步在美國購買或租賃倉庫，以完善公司自有倉儲體系。
2020年7月10日，公司召開了第四屆董事會第十五次會議，審議通過了《關於追加向全資子公司投資的議案》。公司擬以自籌資金對全資子公司LecangsLLC追加投資5100萬美元，LecangsLLC將進一步成立全資子公司作為實施主體，在美國購買、租賃或自建倉庫，以完善公司自有倉儲體系。
此次增資完成後，海外倉項目總投資規模將達到9200萬美元，LecangsLLC仍為公司的全資子公司。近日，公司全資子公司LecangsLLC投資設立的子公司新增購買了兩個倉庫。
為了更進一步開拓海外市場，掌握銷售渠道，通過境外電子商務的方式拓寬品牌發展道路，加快國際化戰略步伐，並幫助外貿跨境電商企業，尤其是實體經濟出口制造業品牌出海、質量出海、設計出海。公司在逐步完善自有倉儲體系的基礎上，為全球線上賣家，包括向中小跨境電商賣家提供包括倉儲、信息等服務。
該業務模式目前處於啟動階段，未來大規模開展還需要一定過程，並且其盈利情況具有一定不確定性，暫不會對公司業績帶來影響，提請投資者注意投資風險。
