*ST安通(600179.SH)：收到泉州中院預重整債權申報通知
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨*ST安通(600179.SH)公佈，2020年8月3日，公司收到福建省泉州市中級人民法院(“泉州中院”)發來的《通知》，《通知》主要內容為公司債權申報的相關通知，具體如下：
“2020年3月18日,中航信託股份有限公司向本院申請對安通控股股份有限公司進行重整。經安通控股股份有限公司申請,本院決定自2020年7月31日起對安通控股股份有限公司啟動預重整程序,預重整期間六個月。同時指定安通控股股份有限公司清算組擔任安通控股股份有限公司臨時管理人。
安通控股股份有限公司的債權人應於2020年9月5日前,向安通控股股份有限公司臨時管理人(通訊地址:福建省泉州市豐澤區東海街道通港西街東海泰禾廣場9號樓1310-1312；聯繫人:劉藝行、陳守鋒；聯繫電話:0595-28000933、0595-28000935；郵政編碼:362046)申報債權,書面説明債權數額、有無財產擔保及是否屬於連帶債權,並提供相關證據材料。
如本院裁定受理安通控股股份有限公司重整的,債權人無需再另行申報債權,預重整期間臨時管理人和債權人對法律關係成立與否、債權性質、債權本金的審查和確認與正式重整程序中具有同等法律效力。
預重整期間擬定的預重整方案與重整程序中製作的重整計劃草案的基本內容一致的,有關債權人、出資人對預重整方案的同意視為對重整計劃草案表決同意。但下列情形除外：
(一)重整計劃草案對預重整方案的內容進行了修改並對有關權利人產生不利影響的,或者與有關權利人重大利益相關的,受到影響的權利人有權對重整計劃草案重新表決；
(二)預重整方案表決前安通控股股份有限公司隱瞞重要信息、披露虛假信息,或者預重整方案表決後出現重大變化,影響權利人表決的,相應權利人有權對重整計劃草案重新表決。
如預重整期間需召開債權人會議的,相關事項屆時將另行通知。”
泉州中院決定對公司啟動預重整，不代表泉州中院最終受理公司重整申請，不代表公司正式進入重整程序。如果泉州中院正式受理對公司的重整申請，公司將依法配合法院及管理人開展相關重整工作，並依法履行債務人的法定義務。如果法院正式受理對公司的重整申請且公司順利實施重整並執行完畢重整計劃，將有利於改善公司資產負債結構，推動公司迴歸健康、可持續發展軌道。若重整失敗，公司將存在被宣告破產的風險。如果公司被宣告破產，根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則(2019年4月修訂)》14.3.1和14.3.12的規定，公司股票將被終止上市。敬請投資者理性投資，注意風險。
