中信銀行(00998.HK):住所變更獲中國銀保監會核准
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨中信銀行(00998.HK)公告,中信銀行股份有限公司2020年7月14日召開的2020年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於中信銀行擬變更住所並修改公司章程相關條款有關事宜的議案》。
就住所變更向中國銀行保險監督管理委員會(以下簡稱“中國銀保監會”)提出了申請。
近日,收到《中國銀保監會關於中信銀行變更住所的批覆》(銀保監復〔2020〕478號),中國銀保監會同意住所變更為“北京市朝陽區光華路10號院1號樓6-30層、32-42層”。
