亞洲電視控股(00707.HK)進一步延期發行可換股債券第二階段完成日期
格隆匯8月3日丨亞洲電視控股(00707.HK)公佈,2019年9月24日,公司與鄧俊傑(作為認購人)訂立認購協議,據此,認購人已同意認購公司分兩期發行本金總額為4億港元的可換股債券,換股價為每股換股股份0.1港元。
由於冠狀病毒的大流行及持續爆發影響香港和中國的正常業務運作,認購人就第二階段完成的資金安排受到了阻礙。因此,需要額外時間進行第二階段完成。於2020年8月3日,認購人與公司簽署確認函,據此,雙方共同同意進一步延長第二階段完成日期至2020年9月4日。
