華大酒店(00201.HK)上半年預虧約1.5億港元
格隆匯8月3日丨華大酒店(00201.HK)、順豪物業(00219.HK)及順豪控股(00253.HK)公佈,根據對集團截至2020年6月30日止6個月的未經審核綜合管理賬目的初步審閲以及目前可取得資料,預期華大酒店、順豪物業及順豪控股期內的收益分別減少介乎60%至70%、50%至60%及50%至60%,而華大酒店、順豪物業及順豪控股期內的業績可能錄得分別約為1.5億港元、1.4億港元及7000萬港元的虧損,較上年同期錄得華大酒店、順豪物業及順豪控股的個別除税後歸屬於擁有人的純利分別約為5800萬港元、9100萬港元及4600萬港元。
