東珠生態(603359.SH)：聯合體預中標太保北路道路工程總承包項目
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨東珠生態(603359.SH)公佈，所屬聯合體近期參與了保山市中心城市太保北路(海棠路-蘭津路)道路工程總承包項目(以下簡稱“太保北路項目”)的投標，根據保山市公共資源交易電子服務系統(https://www.bszwzx.gov.cn/)2020年8月3日發佈的中標候選人公示，公司所屬聯合體預中標太保北路項目。
一、預中標項目的主要情況
1、項目名稱：保山市中心城市太保北路(海棠路-蘭津路)道路工程總承包項目
2、招標人：保山市住房和城鄉建設局。
3、第一中標候選人：東珠生態環保股份有限公司、重慶高地景觀設計有限公司、湖北建科國際工程有限公司。
4、項目概況：
(1)工程地址：保山市隆陽區。
(2)項目投資：估算總投資約12869萬元，其中建安費用12499萬元，設計費370萬元。
(3)工程概況：按城市主幹道標準新建市政道路1條，路面類型為瀝青混凝土路面，全長2880米，寬35米，起點為海棠路，止點為蘭津路。其中：
①道路工程：新建瀝青混凝土路面101104平方米，人行道路面21884平方米；
②橋涵工程：新建箱涵4座，其中：跨易疇河箱涵1座，長55米；跨西大溝箱涵2座，總長170米；跨三台子河箱涵1座，長38米；
③附屬工程：新建雨水管6220米、污水管6300米、給水管6920米、燃氣管3460米；新建纜線溝(電力與通信共溝)3460米；新建雙挑燈190盞、四火補角燈26盞；新建人行道行道樹788株；配套建設公交站台、果皮箱等相關設施設備。實際建設內容及投資以中標人最終提供的設計圖紙資料為準。
(4)招標範圍：本項目方案設計、初步設計、施工圖設計及合同實施過程中的相關服務、設備材料的採購安裝、施工直至竣工驗收合格及整體移交、工程保修期內的缺陷修復和保修工作。
(5)計劃工期：設計週期3個月，施工期8個月。
