三特索道(002159.SZ)：與凱撒旅業簽署戰略合作協議
格隆匯 8 月 3日丨三特索道(002159.SZ)公佈，公司與凱撒同盛發展股份有限公司(“凱撒旅業”)近期簽署了《戰略合作協議》，雙方以“平等互利、優勢互補”為原則，構建長期戰略合作關係。該《戰略合作協議》為框架性協議，不涉及具體金額。
三特集團組織旅遊資源考察活動，北京凱撒國際旅行社有限責任公司(系凱撒旅業全資子公司，以下簡稱“凱撒旅遊”)圍繞三特集團下屬海南南灣猴島、貴州梵淨山、克什克騰自駕休閒旅遊區、湖北東湖海洋樂園、湖北南漳春秋寨、湖北崇陽浪口温泉度假區、湖北保康九路寨等景區資源進行整合，研發推出網紅打卡、新海島度假、户外新玩法、芳華驛站等各精品旅遊線路；
在合作期間內，雙方可利用其線上線下資源，對精品線路進行全方位營銷推廣及銷售，包括：
凱撒旅遊：全國直營門店、“凱撒旅遊網”、“凱撒旅遊APP”、“凱撒旅遊微博”、“凱撒旅遊微生活”以及凱撒旅遊直播平台“好看中國”；
三特集團：官方網站(http://www.sante.com.cn/)、官方微信公眾號(三特旅遊)及達成合作的各景區自媒體矩陣(微信\微博\抖音等)、景區內部宣傳資源(遊客大廳展板、户外LED屏幕及索道廣播等)；
凱撒旅遊在各營業場所、線上渠道、大型宣傳活動、合作客户及關聯方等宣傳推廣渠道優先推薦三特集團旅遊景區及精品線路，並積極探討圍繞三特集團旗下各項目及產品資源開展專題營銷活動和凱撒旅遊會員流量導入，充分利用凱撒旅遊收客渠道帶動三特集團相關旅遊產品銷售；
凱撒旅遊可組織專場線上線下(依據具體防疫常態化要求)資源及產品的直播推介、線下活動及專場熱賣會，凱撒旅遊負責招募客户、組織活動及銷售工作，三特集團給予推廣支持及現場接待等服務；
三特集團將積極推進凱撒旅遊與三特集團旗下各景區開展深度業務合作，包括但不限於產品及業態升級、遊客流量導入及二次消費轉化、個性化高品質定製服務研發、會員私域流量運營等，三特集團將積極提供配套扶持政策，支持雙方實際業務落地運營與市場拓展；
在符合雙方共同審核條件的情況下，三特集團將旗下景區門票資源、索道纜車票資源、部分星級酒店/民宿/別墅等住宿產品，採取資源置換的形式與凱撒旅遊聯合開展品牌宣傳、活動推廣及在線銷售等業務合作。
