《大行报告》大和升龙源电力(00916.HK)评级至「跑赢大市」 目标价上调至6.4元
大和发表报告指,中资风电股股价在上周三及周四(7月29至30日)有稳固升幅,其中龙源电力(00916.HK)上升了20%,相信部分是由於中国风能协会秘书长秦海岩发表文章,建议中央政府考虑发行债券,以解决再生能源补贴延迟支付问题,令投资者预期行业补贴延迟有望在短期解决。
该行表示,目前内地再生能源基金有庞大赤字,估计约4,000亿元人民币,导致严重的补贴延迟。虽然财政部去年否认发行债券的意见,但该行认为秦海岩的建议若得到采纳,如龙源等的风电项目即时获得补贴,其现金流将会得到改善。
大和上调龙源电力股份评级,由「持有」升至「跑赢大市」,目标价由4.7元上调至6.4元,以反映获得现股价外每股应收补贴(0.85港元)的50%概率。
