思摩尔国际(06969.HK)稳定价格期结束
思摩尔国际(06969.HK)公布,稳定价格经办人於7月31日已悉数行使招股章程所述的超额配股权,涉及合共8,615.2万股超额配发股份,占根据全球发售初步可供认购的发售股份之约15%,以补足国际发售中的超额分配。
公司将以每股股份12.4港元配发及发行超额配发股份,超额配发股份将用於促使向BVI 1归还所借入曾用於补足国际发售中股份超额分配之相关股份。
公布并指,稳定价格期已於昨日(2日)结束,稳定价格经办人於稳定价格期间并无为稳定价格而在市场上买入或出售任何股份。
