王朝酒業(00828.HK)料中期扭虧為盈至不少於1.4億港元
格隆匯 7 月 31日丨王朝酒業(00828.HK)公告，基於對集團截至2020年6月30日止6個月的未經審核管理賬目初步審閲，與去年同期約3220萬港元未經審核的綜合虧損相比，集團預期截至2020年6月30日止6個月將錄得不少於1.4億港元未經審核的綜合盈利。
監於2020年1月完成出售酒堡及相關設施預估一次性收益，集團預期該約1.8億港元的一次性出售收益將對截至2020年6月30日止6個月公司所有者應占盈利作出重大貢獻，但部分盈利預期將被期內預估經營虧損所抵消。
該經營虧損(不包括出售酒堡及相關設施收益)主要歸因於：一)集團截至2020年6月30日止6個月收入較去年同期約1.322億港元下降30%至40%，導致毛利下降；及二)期內因實行職工改革計劃而向僱員支付賠償。
董事會認為，收入下 降主要由於自2020年1月開始爆發新型冠狀病毒("COVID-19")疫情，以及中國政府對消費場所實施限制及疫情對消費意欲產生負面影響。集團已密切關注市場狀況，調整其業務策略，以降低對運營的負面影響。集團亦已加強控制成，並及時採取適當措施。
董事會認為，集團財務狀況保持穩健。除受到包括COVID-19的發展情況及市場狀況在內的因素影響以外，董事會目前預計，集團2020年下半年的收入與年度上半年相比將穩步改善。公佈所載資料乃僅基於集團截至2020年6月30日止6個月未經審核綜合管理賬目作出初步評估，該等賬目及資料也並未經公司審核委員會及核數師審閲及批准。
因集團截至2020年6月30日止6個月的綜合業績尚未完成，故董事會在現階段無法準確量化相關財務影響。集團截至2020年6月30日止6個月實際業績可能與文披露的不同。監於COVID-19疫情持續，尚無法精確估計疫情將對集團業務營運造成的所有財務影響。
