格隆匯 7 月 31日丨51信用卡(02051.HK)發佈公告,誠如公司2019年報所披露,集團已於2020年上半年根據政府發佈的監管指引籌備清退P2P業務。為確保集團擁有充足資金支持清退P2P業務,集團大幅縮減了市場營銷開支,放緩了新用户增速,集團的業務發展因而受到影響。此外,於2020年上半年持續爆發新型冠狀病毒肺炎給經濟帶來了巨大的下行壓力。因此,個人消費意願下降及個人消費信貸需求縮減,同時違約率亦相應提高。因而,集團信貸撮合的規模較2019年同期大幅縮減。因此,與截至2019年6月30日止六個月錄得的溢利相比,集團預計截至2020年6月30日止六個月將會錄得重大虧損。
