江山控股(00295.HK)預期中期虧損約4000萬元
格隆匯7月31日丨江山控股(00295.HK)公告,公司預期截至2020年6月30日止6個月將錄得虧損淨額約人民幣4000萬元,而上年同期虧損淨額約人民幣4091萬元。
預期虧損淨額主要由以下各項因素結合產生:毛利減少約人民幣1.3億元,原因為電力銷售減少;與湖州祥暉光伏發電有限公司非常重大出售事項有關分類為持作出售的出售組別的減值虧損減少約人民幣9800萬元;行政開支減少約人民幣8000萬元,原因為僱員福利總額、租金開支及其他行政開支減少;及出售附屬公司的收益淨額減少約人民幣4700萬元。
