中國節能海東青(02228.HK):延長重組框架協議最後截止日期 繼續停牌
格隆匯 7 月 31日丨中國節能海東青(02228.HK)發佈公告,誠如公司此前的公告所述,2020年5月15日,公司、臨時清盤人與投資者訂立重組框架協議的第三份補充協議,據此,訂約方已同意將重組框架協議所載的達成先決條件的最後截止日期進一步延長至2021年5月15日(或重組框架協議訂約方可能書面協定的任何其他日期)。
應公司要求,股份已於聯交所暫停買賣。股份將繼續暫停買賣直至另行通知以及完全達成復牌條件及聯交所可能施加的有關其他進一步條件為止。
