翠微股份(603123.SH)：與盛世萬譜簽訂戰略合作框架協議 涉及打造翠微直播帶貨及短視頻帶貨體系
格隆匯 7 月 31日丨翠微股份(603123.SH)公佈，公司於2020年7月31日與盛世萬譜(北京)科技有限責任公司(“盛世萬譜”)簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。
通過此次戰略合作，能夠幫助雙方進一步提升整體運營效率、降低運營成本，推進甲方多元化產業發展，提升業務規模，拓寬盈利範圍；實現雙方未來的市場擴張策略，為雙方創造更大的商業價值。
結合雙方的資源優勢、發展理念和未來前景，雙方將在新零售領域建立深入的戰略合作關係，通過充分調動各方優質產業資源，助力甲方實現產品與服務升級和業務拓展，降低零售業務營銷成本，拓寬銷售渠道，提高盈利水平。
1、業務合作：(1)乙方作為互聯網增量服務運營商，支持甲方在新零售渠道及線上商品零售運營平台上的業務拓展，提高互聯網營銷精準度，方式如下：(I)幫助甲方規劃、建設及運營翠微的線上零售入口，打造翠微的私域流量體系；(II)幫助甲方建設及運營翠微的社媒官方賬號，開啟翠微社媒電商之路；(III)幫助甲方孵化及運營翠微的自有網紅，打造翠微的短視頻賬號矩陣；(IV)幫助甲方打造翠微直播帶貨及短視頻帶貨體系，發揮翠微的零售供應鏈優勢。
(2)乙方基於自身在社交媒體領域及直播帶貨領域的大數據優勢，將聯合甲方打造零售行業“直播電商人貨匹配開放平台”，輔助企業和品牌快速篩選及匹配直播網紅，輔助直播網紅快速匹配自身適合的商品。
(3)乙方將其開發的基於“語義文本分析技術”為核心的“人工智能機器人客服”，輔以企業微信的開放能力，提升甲方的公域用户轉化為私域用户的能力，並面向零售行業打造“智能客服開放平台”。
(4)乙方基於現有的商家服務體系和渠道優勢，將服務於甲方現有的百貨業務，拓寬銷售渠道，提高盈利水平。
(5)乙方在社媒服務、內容電商、線上推廣運營等方面，將給予甲方全力配合與協助，開啟經營商業零售以及互聯網廣告業務雙輪驅動模式，進一步完善互聯網營銷產業鏈佈局。
2、股權合作：雙方隨着業務合作的深入，甲方可以選擇在合適時機對乙方進行戰略投資，或者由雙方共同設立合資公司等方式開展緊密合作。
