友阿股份(002277.SZ)與雲米科技簽署戰略合作協議 在湖南開展雲米全屋互聯網家電業務
格隆匯 7 月 31日丨友阿股份(002277.SZ)公佈，公司近日與佛山市雲米電器科技有限公司(“雲米科技”)簽署了《戰略合作協議》，雙方建立湖南區域戰略合作伙伴關係，共同打造雲米全屋互聯網家電在湖南的落地體驗。
作為全屋互聯網家電開創者，雲米科技成立於2014年，定位IoT@Home，是國家級高新技術企業、小米生態鏈公司。2018年9月，成立僅4年的雲米在美國納斯達克成功上市(代碼:VIOT)，成為家庭物聯網第1股。
雲米專注探索5G時代家庭智能化，於2020年率先發布5GIoT戰略，以“家電新物種”的視角，重新定義家的未來，通過5G+AI+IoT的方法進行跨界整合，打破家電、數碼、家居、汽車等產品邊界，推動智慧家庭進入全新互聯未來·互動家的時代。
公司與雲米科技的主要合作內容如下：
1、公司作為雲米科技所有產品(雲米全屋互聯網家電產品、coKiing高端AI科技家電、小家電)在湖南的戰略運營商，設立獨立事業部專門運營雲米產品。雲米科技在市場開拓、資源投入等方面全過程、最大程度的支持公司，提供開店指導和培訓，並在湖南設立全產品物流配送中心。
2、公司在2020年12月31日前共完成不少於4家門店佈局，其中一家為省級旗艦店。雲米帶屏產品在湖南銷售達到一定規模時，可根據實際合作狀況，在帶屏產品中植入公司的購物APP為顧客豐富本地化服務。公司可成為雲米商城的供應商，推薦商品上架銷售。
3、雙方此次簽訂的戰略合作協議為雙方合作意向和原則的框架性陳述，是便於雙方已達成的共識予以落實，為最終訂立商務合同提供必要的基礎。雙方將根據戰略合作協議，就重點合作事宜、合作方式與推進機制等協議事項具體內容進一步商談，雙方就以上各事項的最終協議將以雙方後續商談結果以及由此形成的商務合同為準。
4、協議有效期為三年，在合作期限結束前3個月內，雙方可協商繼續合作及續簽協議事宜。
