《大行報告》瑞銀微降長和(00001.HK)目標價至61元 料中期經常性溢利跌29%至130億元
長和(00001.HK)將於下週四(6日)公布上半年業績,瑞銀預計其經常性溢利按年倒退29%至130億元,主要到新型肺炎影響零售、港口及能源等業務,基建及電訊業務則料表現穩健。該行下調長和今年全年盈測19%,即按年跌29%,料明年盈利將反彈28%。該行維持對今明兩年每股股息持平於3.17元的預測,目標價自62元下調至61元,評級維持「買入」。
