格隆匯 7 月 30日丨鋒尚文化(300860.SZ)發佈首次公開發行股票並在創業板上市網上路演公告。公司(“發行人”)首次公開發行不超過1802.00萬股人民幣普通股(A股)的申請已經深圳證券交易所創業板上市委員會委員審議通過，並已經中國證券監督管理委員會同意註冊(證監許可[2020]1565號)。
此次公開發行股票1802.00萬股，佔發行後總股本的比例為25.00%，此次公開發行後總股本為7207.4057萬股。其中，初始戰略配售(如此次發行價格超過剔除最高報價後網下投資者報價的中位數和加權平均數以及剔除最高報價後公募基金、社保基金、養老金、企業年金基金和保險資金報價中位數、加權平均數孰低值，保薦機構相關子公司將按照相關規定參與此次發行的戰略配售)發行數量為72.08萬股，佔此次發行數量的4.00%，戰略投資者最終配售數量與初始配售數量的差額部分回撥至網下發行。回撥機制啟動前，此次發行網下初始發行數量為1210.97萬股，佔扣除初始戰略配售數量後發行數量的70.00%；網上初始發行數量為518.95萬股，佔扣除初始戰略配售數量後發行數量的30.00%。最終網下、網上發行合計數量為此次發行總數量扣除最終戰略配售數量，網下及網上最終發行數量將根據回撥情況確定。最終網下、網上發行數量及戰略配售情況(如有)將在2020年8月6日(T+2)刊登的《北京鋒尚世紀文化傳媒股份有限公司首次公開發行股票並在創業板上市網下初步配售結果公告》中予以明確。
