公司於2020年7月6日披露了《關於股東協議轉讓公司股權暨權益變動的提示性公告》(公告編號：2020-07073)，富士康工業互聯網股份有限公司(股票代碼601138)及其一致行動人將成為公司第一大股東。此次交易尚需按照深圳證券交易所協議轉讓相關規定履行相關程序，目前尚未完成股份過户登記，此次權益變動能否通過上述批准存在一定的不確定性，提請投資者注意相關風險。此次交易完成後，公司仍為無控股股東、實際控制人的公司，請投資者注意相關風險。
同時，雙方探索IT+OT的融合是個較長週期的過程。目前雙方在業務層面的合作仍處於探索階段，未形成直接、固定的業務合作模式，預計對公司本年度的收入、利潤不造成重大影響。
四、股東減持可能帶來的風險
公司股東Digital China Software ( BVI ) Limited 、 Talent GainDevelopments Limited於2020年6月20日披露了《關於公司持股5%以上的股東減持股份計劃的公告》，該減持計劃並未終止。
另外，公司股東STEP BEST HOLDING LIMITED於2020年7月6日披露了《關於股東提前終止減持計劃及新的減持股份計劃的公告》，提請投資者注意股東減持可能帶來的風險。
