水發興業能源(00750.HK)預計上半年將實現税前綜合溢利
格隆匯 7 月 30日丨水發興業能源(00750.HK)發佈公告,公司完成清洗交易及債務重組計劃安排後,2020年上半年,集團的流動資金狀況已經大為改善,以及集團的業務已經開始正常化(儘管受其市場中COVID-19爆發的影響)。管理層尚在落實及審閲集團2020年上半年的中期業績,而根據集團同期的初步綜合管理賬目,由於確認了因公開要約、購回及註銷本金總額約為1.87億美元的優先票據而產生大約人民幣1.5億元的收益,公司估計2020年上半年可能會實現未經審核除税前綜合溢利。
