威華股份(002240.SZ)：上半年業績盈轉虧至1.67億元
格隆匯 7 月 30日丨威華股份(002240.SZ)披露2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入7.53億元，同比下降28.95%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損1.67億元，上年同期盈利5871.76萬元(調整後)；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨虧損1.67億元，上年同期盈利5773.17萬元(調整後)；基本每股虧損0.2389元。
2020年上半年，公司繼續保持戰略定力，積極推進鋰鹽生產線的建設，持續加大新能源材料領域的投入，大力推進新能源材料業務的開展。報告期內，公司根據戰略發展規劃，擬對人造板相關資產進行出售；同時，公司披露了非公開發行股票預案，擬募集資金用於滿足公司鋰鹽業務經營規模擴大後的資金需求，提升公司在鋰產業鏈的競爭力，抓住新能源產業發展機遇。通過上述事項，將使公司更加聚焦於新能源材料業務，主營業務和發展戰略更加清晰。
報告期內，新冠肺炎疫情在全球蔓延，不同程度地影響了各行業的正常經濟活動，公司所在的鋰鹽行業及人造板行業受疫情影響較大。受此影響，報告期內公司相關產品產銷量出現較大幅度下滑，同時下游需求減少導致相關產品的價格持續低迷，進而導致公司營業收入下降，經營業績出現虧損。
受疫情等因素影響，上半年新能源汽車產銷量同比分別下降36.5%和37.4%，對鋰鹽行業影響較大。報告期內，公司鋰鹽產量7373.58噸，同比增長50.05%；實現收入1.7億元，同比下降22.51%。目前新能源汽車市場已逐步恢復，預計下半年市場情況將不斷改善。
報告期內，萬弘高新繼續專注於稀土綜合回收利用業務，主動控制稀土貿易業務，實現收入7847.08萬元，同比下降24.99%，實現淨利潤-189.65萬元，去年同期盈利381.62萬元。
報告期內，公司雖然披露了擬出售人造板相關資產的計劃，但在交易完成前，公司仍將繼續鞏固並做好人造板業務的各項經營管理工作。報告期內，公司人造板業務實現營業收入5.04億元，同比下降30.36%；淨利潤-6964.02萬元，主要是由於子公司遼寧威利邦停產計提減值準備。
