《盈警響號》黃河實業(00318.HK)料年度溢利按年下跌1,200萬元
黃河實業(00318.HK)發盈警,預計截至今年4月30日止年度之全年業績,相對去年所錄得之溢利,可能錄得年內溢利下降約1,200萬元,預計集團之全年收入總額可能較去年增加約400萬元。
公司解釋,主要原因是集團投資物業組合的公平值拖累純利下降,但屬非現金會計處理,對集團之現金流量或營運並無重大影響。公司補充,面對疫情影響,集團受益於較早已投入金融科技和雲端科技解決方案方面之研發,集團的科技業務已逐步轉向遙距業務及虛擬科技業務。
