传字节跳动投资者洽购TikTok 估值达500亿美元
据《路透》引述消息人士指,部分字节跳动的投资者拟洽购TikTok,估值达500亿美元,显着高於同业Snap。
现时TikTok在美国年轻人群组中很受欢迎,亦令字节跳动成为少数真正国际化的内地企业,惟现时亦面对要撤出美国的压力。美国的海外投资委员会担心应用程式由中资拥有,用户数据面临安全问题。报道指字节跳动已接到投资者转让TikTok的建议,包括私募基金红杉和General Atlantic;同时亦有收到来自其他公司及投资公司的收购意向。而投资者对TikTok的估值是其2020年收入的50倍,相对之下Snap的估值仅达年收入的15倍。
报道指现时仍未知道字节跳动创办人张一鸣会否满意出价,而公司管理层最近对TikTok的估值预算是高於500亿美元。(el/u) ~
