中国同辐(01763.HK)：与生态环境部核与辐射安全中心签订辐射安全与环境保护合作框架协议
格隆汇 7 月 29日丨中国同辐(01763.HK)宣布，于2020年7月27日，公司与生态环境部核与辐射安全中心(以下简称"核安全中心")签订辐射安全与环境保护合作框架协议。
根据该协议，双方将共同合作申报在辐射安全、环境保护等方面的合作项目，争取国家及地方各类财政经费支持，支撑开展核技术利用辐射安全相关研究；双方可在核技术利用辐射安全及相关领域开展技术支持与合作，合作范围包括但不限于核技术利用辐射安全关键技术研究、放射源安全管理和应用、放射性物品运输、辐射环境监测、专业培训、技术谘询与服务、核技术利用辐射安全科普等领域；双方可定期开展人员交流互访活动，拟定人才培养计划，以促进双方发展；双方积极开展人员及技术交流，组织开展核技术利用辐射安全相关培训，促进安全技术水平的不断提升；双方积极探索有助于核技术利用辐射安全技术水平提升的其他合作。
核安全中心作为生态环境部直属事业单位，是我国唯一专业从事核安全与辐射环境监督管理技术保障的公益性事业单位，主要任务是为我国民用核设施及辐射环境安全监管提供全方位的技术支持和技术保障。核安全中心着力打造核与辐射安全"技术审评中心"、"技术研发中心"、"信息交流中心"和"人才培养基地"，在各方面取得了丰硕成果。
中国同辐是中国核工业集团有限公司控股子公司，是中核集团核技术应用专业化公司，业务覆盖放射源生产、放射性药品生产、工业辐照应用、医学诊断、核医疗装备研发/服务、核素制造、进出口贸易等领域。
此次双方本着优势互补、合作共赢的原则，就未来在核技术利用辐射安全、环境保护等领域达成合作意向，实现了强强联合、优势互补、资源优化，为推动核能核技术应用发展做出贡献。对中国同辐而言能够与核安全中心达成合作签约，标志着国家监管部门对于中国同辐技术能力、管理水平的信任，同时也体现出中国同辐在核技术应用领域在行业内所占据的重要地位。此次合作为中国同辐培养更多在辐射安全环境保护等方面的技术型人才，保障未来更加安全稳定可持续发展起到了推波助澜的作用。
