中國同輻(01763.HK)：與生態環境部核與輻射安全中心簽訂輻射安全與環境保護合作框架協議
格隆匯 7 月 29日丨中國同輻(01763.HK)宣佈，於2020年7月27日，公司與生態環境部核與輻射安全中心(以下簡稱"核安全中心")簽訂輻射安全與環境保護合作框架協議。
根據該協議，雙方將共同合作申報在輻射安全、環境保護等方面的合作項目，爭取國家及地方各類財政經費支持，支撐開展核技術利用輻射安全相關研究；雙方可在核技術利用輻射安全及相關領域開展技術支持與合作，合作範圍包括但不限於核技術利用輻射安全關鍵技術研究、放射源安全管理和應用、放射性物品運輸、輻射環境監測、專業培訓、技術諮詢與服務、核技術利用輻射安全科普等領域；雙方可定期開展人員交流互訪活動，擬定人才培養計劃，以促進雙方發展；雙方積極開展人員及技術交流，組織開展核技術利用輻射安全相關培訓，促進安全技術水平的不斷提升；雙方積極探索有助於核技術利用輻射安全技術水平提升的其他合作。
核安全中心作為生態環境部直屬事業單位，是我國唯一專業從事核安全與輻射環境監督管理技術保障的公益性事業單位，主要任務是為我國民用核設施及輻射環境安全監管提供全方位的技術支持和技術保障。核安全中心着力打造核與輻射安全"技術審評中心"、"技術研發中心"、"信息交流中心"和"人才培養基地"，在各方面取得了豐碩成果。
中國同輻是中國核工業集團有限公司控股子公司，是中核集團核技術應用專業化公司，業務覆蓋放射源生產、放射性藥品生產、工業輻照應用、醫學診斷、核醫療裝備研發/服務、核素製造、進出口貿易等領域。
此次雙方本着優勢互補、合作共贏的原則，就未來在核技術利用輻射安全、環境保護等領域達成合作意向，實現了強強聯合、優勢互補、資源優化，為推動核能核技術應用發展做出貢獻。對中國同輻而言能夠與核安全中心達成合作簽約，標誌着國家監管部門對於中國同輻技術能力、管理水平的信任，同時也體現出中國同輻在核技術應用領域在行業內所佔據的重要地位。此次合作為中國同輻培養更多在輻射安全環境保護等方面的技術型人才，保障未來更加安全穩定可持續發展起到了推波助瀾的作用。
