格隆匯7月29日丨南京港(002040.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年7月23日披露了《南京港股份有限公司關於收到鹽城市公安局直屬分局調取證據通知書的公告》。上述通知書所涉及的貨物為燃料油22709噸,該批貨物庫存證明單及貨權轉移三方協議加蓋了公司印章。經自查,公司不存在該批貨物,因此未來如果查明公司對此負有責任,則可能會給公司帶來重大經濟風險。
截止目前,上述通知書所涉及案件處於公安機關受理、調查階段,尚未有明確結論,公司暫無法評估上述風險可能會對公司年度經營利潤帶來的影響。
