期貨大佬葛衞東入場！5億元砸向這隻芯片股

葛衞東又出手了！
7月28日盤後，聞泰科技（600745）發佈公告稱，發行股份及支付現金收購安世半導體剩餘股權與募集配套資金均已完成，其中58億元定增項目溢價完成。
聞泰科技表示，本次發行股份購買資產部分新增股份的發行價格為90.43元/股，發行股份募集配套資金部分新增股份的發行價格為130.10元/股，新增股份的數量共計1.13億股，上市公司總股本將增加至12.45億股。
聞泰科技表示，本次配套發行的定價基準日為發行期首日（7月9日），發行底價為98.21元/股，不低於定價基準日前20個交易日股票交易均價的80%。
但項目的受歡迎程度超過預期，配套融資申購名單中，不乏高毅資產、睿遠基金、灣區產融投資、葛衞東、UBS、JPMORGAN等知名投資者，最終16名發行對象以130.10元/股大幅度溢價認購。
其中，葛衞東獲配384.31萬股，獲配金額5億元；高毅資產獲配108.38萬股，獲配金額1.41億元；UBS AG獲配149.88萬股，獲配金額1.95億元；JPMorgan Chase Bank，National Association獲配326.67萬股，獲配金額4.25億元。
聞泰科技表示，募集配套資金擬用於安世中國先進封測平台及工藝升級項目、雲硅智谷4G/5G半導體通信模組封測和終端研發及產業化項目（聞泰昆明智能製造產業園項目一期）、補充上市公司流動資金及償還上市公司債務、支付本次交易的現金對價等。
事實上，近期葛衞東頻繁出擊，屢次征戰定增市場。6月，在兆易創新43億元的定增中，葛衞東更是從42名參與申購的投資者中脱穎而出，一個人包攬了15億元，一躍升至兆易創新第五大股東。
實際上，這不是葛衞東首戰兆易創新了。早在2018年，葛衞東便開始從二級市場買入兆易創新，並在當年年底以0.93%的持股比例，躋身公司第十大股東。2019年8月，葛衞東又斥資3.8億元參與兆易創新定增。
不過，葛衞東也有失手的時候。7月17日，寧德時代197億元的定增認購結果公佈，高瓴、本田重金入圍。葛衞東本來也想分一杯羹，但公告顯示，其雖然按時提交了《申購報價單》，但未足額繳納申購保證金，無奈出局。
梳理上市公司一季報發現，葛衞東對科技股青睞有加。
葛衞東持有用友網絡（600588）9269萬股，持股比例3.70%，位列公司第五大股東，目前持股市值達41億元。
持有兆易創新（603986）1439萬股，持股比例4.48%，位列第五大股東，目前持股市值超過32億元。
持有科大訊飛（002230）5098.17萬股，持股比例2.32%，位列第六大股東，目前持股市值超過18億元。
自2017年起，葛衞東以個人名義投資的A股上市公司還包括西藏藥業、中科曙光、國新健康、北方華創和鋭科激光等股票，大多為醫藥或科技股。
