格隆匯 7 月 28日丨硅寶科技(300019.SZ)發佈2020年半年度報告,實現營業收入5.44億元,同比增長30.38%;歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7175.93萬元,同比增長60.68%;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤6772.16萬元,同比增長66.58%;基本每股收益0.2169元。
近年來,隨着國民消費水平提升,用户對品牌、品質、服務等要求日益提高,市場逐步向頭部企業聚集。公司作為建築膠細分龍頭企業,憑藉強大的品牌優勢成功入圍恆大、碧桂園、綠地、龍湖、華潤等房地產品牌庫,市場份額快速提升。報告期內,我國房地產行業回暖,公司建築用膠在建築幕牆、中空玻璃、節能門窗、流通膠領域、裝配式建築等各業務板塊均實現快速增長。
在建築幕牆領域,公司與江河、遠大等大型幕牆公司長期穩定合作,銷量持續增長。在中空玻璃領域,公司與南玻、台玻、信義、耀皮、旗濱等大型玻璃廠深度合作,大客户銷售佔比逐年增加。在節能門窗及流通膠領域,隨着房地產竣工週期回暖與精裝房集採趨勢擴大,公司採用主動靈活的銷售策略,銷售網絡下沉,銷售渠道進一步完善,業績大幅增長。報告期內,公司建築用膠產品成功使用在在成都天府國際機場、國家會展中心(天津)、烏魯木齊奧體中心、華潤東安湖體育公園、雄安高鐵站等眾多國家重點標誌性工程和地標建築,公司產品得到業主方和客户的高度認可,進一步鞏固了公司建築膠的龍頭地位。
根據住建部發布《“十三五”裝配式建築行動方案》,到2020年,全國裝配式建築佔新建建築的比例達到15%以上。裝配式建築近年來快速發展,2019年新開工裝配式建築4.2億平米,較2018年增長45%,佔比約13.4%,近4年年均增長率55%。裝配式建築因其採用多部位拼縫的施工方式,施注密封膠能起到良好的防水作用,用膠量較傳統施工方式明顯要高。作為首批國家裝配式建築產業基地,公司裝配式建築用膠已成功在北京、合肥、深圳、長沙等部分城市裝配式建築、地下綜合管廊等重點市政項目運用。在新冠疫情抗疫期間建設的“火神山醫院”和“雷神山醫院”也使用了硅寶產品。報告期內,裝配式建築用膠佔比快速提升,營業收入同比增長105.32%。
