和記電訊香港(00215.HK)上半年總收益減少21%至19.82億港元
格隆匯 7 月 28日丨和記電訊香港(00215.HK)發佈公告，截至2020年6月30日止六個月，集團的2020年上半年總收益減少21%至19.82億港元(2019年上半年：25.15億港元)。服務收益下跌7%至16.64億港元，主要由於在此期間佔集團服務收益13%的漫遊服務收益下跌38%所致(2019年上半年：20%)。硬件收益為3.18億港元，與2019年同期比較下跌57%，反映市場對消費品開支及新智能手機的需求下跌。集團於2020年首六個月繼續嚴格控制成本，以營造低成本、高效率的經營環境。包括CACs、僱員成本及其他營業支出在內的主要成本(IFRS16前基準)，下跌10%至11.41億港元。
根據IFRS16前基準，與去年同期比較，集團EBITDA總額上升1%至5.59億港元(2019年上半年：5.54億港元)，而由於折舊及攤銷上升，集團EBIT總額下跌5%至1.43億港元。受惠於上述主要成本減省，2020年上半年服務EBITDA(IFRS16前基準)上升2%至5.56億港元，惟毛利總額減少抵銷了部分升幅。服務EBITDA毛利率(IFRS16前基準)上升至33%(2019年上半年︰31%)。
根據IFRS16後基準，集團EBITDA及EBIT總額與去年同期比較，分別下跌1%及8%。股東應占溢利及每股盈利分別為1.46億港元及3.03港仙，與去年同期的1.88億港元及3.90港仙比較，均下跌22%。有關跌幅主要是由於集團在2019年5月派發38.55億港元的特別中期股息，及以4.71億港元現金收購集團流動通訊業務24.1%權益後，現金結餘由2019年初的95.55億港元，顯着下降至2020年6月30日的55.36億港元，利息收入因而減少所致。所減少的利息收入，相等於令每股盈利下跌約0.77港仙。撇除利息收入下跌的影響，股東應占溢利與去年同期比較，輕微下跌3%。IFRS16對集團的EBIT總額及股東應占溢利並無顯着影響。
董事會宣佈派發2020年上半年的中期股息為每股2.28港仙(2019年中期股息：2.93港仙)。公司將於2020年9月4日(星期五)，支付中期股息予於2020年8月26日(星期三)(即釐定股東收取中期股息權利的記錄日)營業時間結束時已登記於公司股東名冊上的股東。
