*ST康盛(002418.SZ)：子公司與大同市人民政府簽訂共建新能源商用車整車研發製造基地合作協議
格隆匯 7 月 28日丨*ST康盛(002418.SZ)公佈，2020年7月28日，公司全資子公司中植一客成都汽車有限公司(“中植一客”)與大同市人民政府簽訂了《共建新能源商用車整車研發製造基地合作協議》。雙方以市場為導向，充分整合各方優勢，就在大同市建設新能源商用車整車研發製造基地，成立氫能基金等事項達成合作意向。合作主要內容如下：
1、在大同市建設新能源商用車整車製造基地
依託乙方成熟的整車製造技術優勢，在大同市建設新能源商用車整車製造基地，基地規劃總投資70億元，分兩期建設：
基地一期計劃投資10億元，規劃年產能3000輛(其中包括氫燃料及純電動客車、專用車、物流車等)，力爭在2020年年底前總裝車間及檢測線建設完畢並投產。2021年10月31日前，項目(包含四大工藝)全部建成。
基地二期計劃投資60億元，規劃產能12000輛/年，其中氫燃料商業車產能2000輛/年。重點投資氫能產業鏈、智能網聯研發中心及擴大產能。二期為新選址新建設，實現新能源汽車本地規模化生產和運營，合力打造具有行業重要影響力的本地整車製造企業。
2、成立氫能基金
與大同市政府共同設立氫能產業發展基金，一期基金規模10億元(暫定)，開展氫能產業的推廣應用，進一步推動大同市新能源產業的高質量發展。
3、孵化本地產業鏈
為孵化本地產業鏈和扶持本地車企發展，乙方根據企業自身發展情況，協調產業鏈上下游核心零部件企業落户大同。乙方承諾在同等產品質量條件下，優先採購大同市本地企業生產的材料和配件，同時甲方通過多種方式和平台向當地企事業單位推薦乙方的產品，實現互利共贏、共同發展。
4、共建具有大同地方特色的新能源商用車品牌。
5、乙方應積極採用推廣國內領先的整車、關鍵零部件技術，用於大同新能源商用車研發製造基地。
中植一客此次與大同市人民政府簽署合作協議，符合公司重點發展氫能源產業的戰略需要，有利於雙方充分發揮各自的資源優勢，促進雙方的共同發展，也有利於公司開拓市場，符合公司長遠發展的規劃佈局。
