萬達電影43.5億元定增獲批

7月27日晚間，萬達電影43.5億元定增方案獲批。公告顯示，中國證監會發行審核委員會對萬達電影股份有限公司非公開發行股票申請進行了審核。根據會議審核結果，公司本次非公開發行股票申請獲得審核通過。
4月30日，萬達電影拋出定增方案的修訂稿，公告顯示，本次發行募集資金總額(含發行費用)不超過人民幣43.5億元(含本數)，扣除發行費用後的募集資金淨額，30.45億元用於新建影院項目，13.05億元用於補充公司流動資金及償還借款。
公告顯示，本次募集資金投資項目有利於公司優化業務結構，提高行業地位，增強公司核心競爭力及盈利能力。
截至2020年3月31日，萬達電影擁有已開業直營影院668家，合計5882塊銀幕。2019年公司自營影城累計票房市場佔有率為13.3%，已連續十一年位居國內首位。根據萬達電影的現有情況和未來發展目標，本項目計劃在2020年至2022年新建影院162家。
此前的6月3日，萬達院線開放特許經營加盟權，輸出萬達管理模式和管理系統支持的消息持續發酵。對此，萬達官方迴應新京報記者稱該消息已證實，不過目前還沒有比較詳細的執行方案。
2019年是萬達電影收購萬達影視實現並表的第一年，萬達電影在上市之初主要從事院線業務，院線處於電影行業的下游，主要收入來自電影票房收入、賣品收入以及廣告收入。2015年1月上市至2018年年末，萬達電影實現淨利潤53.64億元，可謂實實在在的現金奶牛。
從2019年年報來看，萬達電影的營收主要來源依舊來自院線業務，分產品來看，觀影收入為91.22億元，廣告收入為19.50億元，商品、餐飲銷售收入為19.26億元。
受到疫情衝擊，院線上半年停擺，萬達電影受到巨大沖擊，萬達電影上半年預計虧損15億元-16億元。萬達電影下屬600餘家國內影城自1月23日起全部停業，境外影城也自2020年3月底暫停營業，同時公司主投主控的《唐人街探案3》等影片未能如期上映，部分影視劇拍攝進度也有所延遲，公司營業收入較去年同期大幅下降。而公司仍需要支付員工薪酬、影院租金、財務費用等較為剛性的成本費用，導致預告期內公司經營業績出現較大虧損。
此次定增方案獲批，將在一定程度上改善萬達電影的現金流。
