聯亞集團(00458.HK)料中期虧損1.25億至1.40億港元
格隆匯 7 月 28日丨聯亞集團(00458.HK)發佈公告,根據目前所得資料所示,與截至2019年6月30日止同期的權益股東應占虧損3500萬港元相比,集團預期截至2020年6月30日止六個月的未經審核中期業績錄得的權益股東應占虧損將約為1.25億港元至1.40億港元。
虧損顯著增加主因如下:a)由於主要國家的客户因COVID-19導致其業務營運被關閉而致令在2020年上半年推遲及減少訂單,因而使集團製衣業務的收入及分部業績下降;及b)由於與COVID-19相關的店鋪關閉以及消費氣氛備受打擊,影響了公司特許經營品牌(Nautica及Spyder)在中國的業務以及公司自家品牌C.P.Company在歐洲的付運延期,因而導致品牌業務的分部虧損增加。
