寧波中百(600857.SH)：已被北京市第一中級人民法院受理立案
格隆匯 7 月 27日丨寧波中百(600857.SH)公佈，今日，公司關注到有媒體報道“寧波中百被列為被執行人執行標的超5.3億”等相關信息，公司獲知此信息後 ， 第一時間到 “中國執行信息公開網 ”上進行了核實。根據該網站顯示公司已被北京市第一中級人民法院受理立案，案號為(2020)京01執749號。公司目前尚未收到該法院送達的任何法律文書。
案件情況：2016年4月，中國建築第四工程局有限公司(“中建四局”)向寧波中百股份有限公司發出《關於敦促貴公司承擔保證責任的函》，要求寧波中百承擔天津市九策高科技產業園有限公司(“天津九策”)欠付工程款的連帶清償責任。
2016年6月，寧波中百收到廣州仲裁委員會送達的《仲裁通知書》〔(2016)穗仲案字第5753號〕等相關材料，該《仲裁通知書》稱：“本會決定受理中國建築第四工程局有限公司與你方關於保證合同的仲裁申請，案號為(2016)穗仲案字第5753號。
2017年9月22日，廣州仲裁委員會出具〔(2016)穗仲案字第5753號〕《裁決書》，裁決如下：
(一)被申請人(寧波中百)就天津九策高科技產業園有限公司欠付的全部債務526,525,027.50元向申請人(中建四局)承擔連帶清償責任；
(二)本案仲裁費3,551,300.00元由被申請人承擔(寧波中百)，該費用已由申請人(中建四局)預繳，本會不予退回，由被申請人逕付申請人。
2018年3月19日，廣州市中級人民法院受理了公司的撤銷仲裁裁決的申請，並於2018年5月8日第一次開庭審理，2020年6月12日，廣州市中級人民法院出具〔(2018)粵01民特226號〕《民事裁定書》，裁定如下：
(一)駁回寧波中百股份有限公司的申請；
(二)申請費400元，由申請人寧波中百股份有限公司負擔。2017年度，扣除天津九策已歸還中建四局部分欠款後，公司已計提預計負債493,575,147.92元。
根據中國執行信息公開網顯示，被執行標的為530,076,328元，公司已於2017年度內計提預計負債人民幣493,575,147.92元。
