英維克(002837.SZ)：子公司擬15億元在中山三角鎮建設精密温控節能設備華南總部基地項目
格隆匯 7 月 27日丨英維克(002837.SZ)公佈，公司第三屆董事會第七次會議審議通過了《關於簽署附條件生效的〈英維克精密温控節能設備華南總部基地項目投資合作協議〉的議案》。上述事項尚需經公司股東大會審議通過。
公司全資子公司廣東英維克技術有限公司(“子公司”或“廣東英維克”,乙方)擬與中山市三角鎮人民政府(甲方)簽訂附條件生效的《英維克精密温控節能設備華南總部基地項目投資合作協議》(“合作協議”)，擬出資15億元在中山市三角鎮建設英維克精密温控節能設備華南總部基地項目。項目內容如下：
乙方擬在中山市三角鎮購買面積約為150畝的工業用地用於投資建設英維克精密温控節能設備華南總部基地項目(“項目”)。預計項目總投資約15億元人民幣(含土地款)(以下金額均為人民幣)，實繳註冊資金不低於500萬元，各期項目全部達產後目標實現年產值15億元，實現年税收7500萬元。項目將建設研發中心、生產中心、辦公用房及相關配套設施等，建築面積約15萬平方米，目標是將廣東英維克技術有限公司打造為全中山市最大的精密温控節能專用設備基地。
項目計劃分期進行開發建設，其中一期開發用地70畝，二期開發用地80畝，待一期建成投產後開始二期建設，預計每期項目建設週期為3年，每期項目建成投產後三年內可達產。
此次公司全資子公司擬簽署合作協議，通過建造生產廠房及配套設施，購置先進的温控節能產品生產設備及精密加工生產設備。一方面擴大公司温控節能產品產能，另一方面構建精密加工平台，增強公司研發檢測實力，豐富公司產品結構，延伸產品供應鏈，以滿足公司客户對機房&機櫃温控節能產品、電子散熱及壓縮機等精密加工產品的需求。該項目建成後，將提升公司機房&機櫃温控節能產品、電子散熱產品及壓縮機等精密加工產品的生產能力，符合公司未來戰略發展規劃。
