特鋭德(300001.SZ)：預中標1.09億元鐵路項目
格隆匯 7 月 27日丨特鋭德(300001.SZ)公佈，近日，雲南省公共資源交易信息網(https://www.ynggzy.com)發佈了“玉磨鐵路站後強電甲供物資(電力設備)第一批次招標採購中標候選人公示”，公司作為第一中標候選人中標玉磨鐵路站後強電甲供物資(電力設備)第一批次招標採購-DB04，中標金額約1.09億元。
新建玉磨鐵路已由國家發展和改革委員會以《國家發展改革委關於新建玉溪至磨憨鐵路可行性研究報告的批覆》(發改基礎[2015]1722號)批准建設，建設資金已落實。項目採用公開招標的方式進行，招標人為滇南鐵路有限責任公司，招標代理為中國鐵路物資股份有限公司。玉磨鐵路正線是中老鐵路中國段，線路正線508.53公里，北起昆玉鐵路玉溪西站，途經玉溪、普洱、西雙版納等市州，南至中(國)老(撾)邊境口岸磨憨，建設工期為6年。
中老鐵路項目是首條以中方為主投資建設、全線採用中國技術標準、使用中國裝備並與中國鐵路網直接連通的國際鐵路，連接中國昆明和老撾萬象，全長1000多公里，中國段為玉磨鐵路、老撾段為磨丁至萬象鐵路。公司於2020年4月28日中標磨丁至萬象鐵路段智能遠動箱式變電站包件。
作為鐵路電力遠動箱變的龍頭企業，特鋭德一直在鐵路箱變領域處於領先位置，公司不斷研發創新相關產品，技術水平保持行業領先，並且參與了我國客運專線電力遠動箱變技術條件的編寫工作。公司產品廣泛應用於各大高速鐵路、客運專線、普速鐵路，公司國內首創第一台高速客運專線專用鐵路電力遠動箱變，解決了可靠性、免維護、全智能遠方監控、無人值守等難題；公司研製的鐵路電力遠動箱變解決了青藏鐵路4000米以上高海拔、高温差户外設備的安全運行、無人值守問題。特鋭德憑藉卓越的產品技術水平以及完善的質量管理和售後服務體系在中國鐵路箱變市場取得優異的成績。此次項目的中標進一步印證了鐵路市場對公司箱變等產品的高度認可，夯實了公司領先的市場地位。
此次中標金額(除税後)約佔公司最近一期經審計銷售收入的1.44%，其合同的履行將對公司未來經營工作及經營業績產生積極的影響，但不影響公司經營的獨立性。
