麥格米特(002851.SZ)：9月1日後未實施轉股的“麥米轉債”將按100.28元/張價格強制贖回
格隆匯 7 月 27日丨麥格米特(002851.SZ)公佈，公司A股股票自2020年7月6日至2020年7月24日連續十五個交易日的收盤價格不低於“麥米轉債”當期轉股價格(20.15元/股)的130%(26.20元/股)，已觸發《募集説明書》中約定的有條件贖回條款。
2020年7月27日，公司召開第四屆董事會第六次會議、第四屆監事會第六次會議審議通過了《關於提前贖回“麥米轉債”的議案》，決定行使“麥米轉債”有條件贖回權，以本次可轉債面值加當期應計利息的價格對贖回登記日收市後在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司登記在冊的“麥米轉債”進行全部贖回。
截至2020年7月27日收市後，“麥米轉債”收盤價為146.500元/張。根據贖回安排，截至2020年9月1日收市後尚未實施轉股的“麥米轉債”將按照100.28元/張的價格強制贖回，因目前二級市場價格與贖回價格差異較大，投資者如未及時轉股，可能面臨損失。截至2020年7月27日收市後距離2020年9月1日(可轉債贖回登記日)僅有25個交易日，特提醒“麥米轉債”持有人注意在限期內轉股。
1、“麥米轉債”贖回登記日：2020年9月1日
2、“麥米轉債”贖回日：2020年9月2日
3、“麥米轉債”贖回價格：100.28元/張(含當期應計利息，當期年利率為0.4%，且當期利息含税)。
4、發行人(公司)資金到賬日：2020年9月7日
5、投資者贖回款到賬日：2020年9月9日
6、“麥米轉債”停止交易日：2020年8月19日
7、“麥米轉債”停止轉股日：2020年9月2日
8、截至2020年9月1日收市後仍未轉股的“麥米轉債”將被強制贖回，本次贖回完成後，“麥米轉債”將在深圳證券交易所摘牌。
9、“麥米轉債”持有人持有的“麥米轉債”存在被質押或被凍結的，建議在停止交易日前解除質押或凍結，以免出現因無法轉股而被強制贖回的情形。
